The Bachelor in Health Management and Transformation (GST) at ESMOSS is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 6. Its aim is to transform students into operational professionals capable of leading strategic vision and digital communication.

This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of managers of health institutions, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The ESMOSS Bachelor in GST enables you to become highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies in a Bac+4/5 cycle. Courses, conferences, masterclasses and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Programme objectives

The Bachelor in Health Management and Transformation (GST) at ESMOSS is a state-recognised qualification at Level 6 that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Learn to analyse competition, market trends and consumer behaviour

  • Understand how to position a product (Price, Product, Distribution, Promotion)

  • Use analytical tools to identify a brand’s strengths and weaknesses

  • Learn to design and manage a campaign from start to finish (objectives, targets, budget)

  • Create and manage brand image and visual identity

  • Organise events and manage media relations

  • Master community management

  • Understand search engine optimisation (SEO) and paid search strategies

  • Gain introductory skills in desktop publishing tools (such as the Adobe suite or Canva) to produce visual and video content

  • Develop interpersonal skills to effectively engage and persuade clients or partners

  • Learn to manage budgets and meet tight deadlines

FURTHER STUDIES

This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

Prerequisites & Duration of Studies

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor in Health Management and Transformation at ESMOSS is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Duration

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme available from the third year onwards

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December 2026.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Funding

  • The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
  • The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
  • Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
  • Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
  • You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.
