Presentation

The Master in Social Action and Disability Management (ASH) at ESMOSS is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Over two years, it trains professionals capable of leading organisations or projects dedicated to the social and professional inclusion of people with disabilities, equipping them to understand disability and improve the management of vulnerable individuals within an organisation.

This programme is perfectly suited to managers attentive to social and inclusion issues, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

Programme objectives

The Master in Social Action and Disability Management (ASH) at ESMOSS is a state-recognised qualification at Level 7 that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of legal obligations (such as the 2005 law and OETH), the functioning of institutions (MDPH, Agefiph, etc.) and support mechanisms for employment and workplace adaptation

  • Design and implement an organisation’s inclusion policy, whether public, non-profit or private

  • Understand different models of disability, the challenges of stigma, and the specific needs of individuals to provide the most appropriate responses

  • Recruit, integrate and support employees with disabilities

  • Raise awareness and train teams to foster an inclusive corporate culture

  • Negotiate partnerships with local actors, associations and companies

FURTHER STUDIES

This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

Prerequisites & Duration of Studies

Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites: The Master’s Degree in Social Action and Disability Management at ESMOSS is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Duration

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programme available.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Funding

  • The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
  • The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
  • Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
  • Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
  • You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.
