The Master in QHSE Process Management and Digitalisation (MD-QHSE) at ESMOSS is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Over two years, it trains professionals who are attentive to quality, health, safety and environmental issues, equipping them to implement, manage and improve management systems in these key areas within organisations.

This programme is perfectly suited to NP-QHSE managers who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The ESMOSS Master in MD-QHSE enables you to become highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies in a Bac+4/5 cycle. Courses, conferences, masterclasses and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Programme objectives

The Master in QHSE Process Management and Digitalisation (MD-QHSE) at ESMOSS is a state-recognised qualification at Level 7 that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of current standards and certifications (ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment, ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety, etc.)

  • Master key quality management tools (5M, Pareto and Gantt diagrams, brainstorming, etc.)

  • Apply the principles of quality management

  • Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions

  • Define and implement relevant control indicators

  • Design, implement and continuously improve integrated QHSE management systems adapted to the specific needs of the organisation

  • Use and deploy digital tools (QHSE software, CMMS, DMS) to streamline the management of documents, non-conformities, audits and action plans

  • Understand the impact of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, augmented reality) on QHSE topics and leverage data-driven approaches in QHSE activities

FURTHER STUDIES

This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.

This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways

Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks

Prerequisites & Duration of Studies

Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4

Prerequisites: The Master in QHSE Process Management and Digitalisation at ESMOSS is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Duration

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
  • Work-study programme available.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Funding

  • The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
  • The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
  • Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
  • Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
  • You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.

  • Block 2: Design a Digital Project Using a UX Design Approach Adapted to AI

  • Block 3: Conduct a Digital Project Using Agile Methodology, Develop Its Functional Specification Document and Technical Requirements

  • Block 4: Develop an E-marketing and Communication Strategy for a Digital Entrepreneurship Project with the Support of AI

  • Block 5: Conduct Studies and Draft Reports in Business Intelligence and Corporate Strategy
