The Master in Management and Strategy (MS) at ESMOSS is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 7. Over two years, it trains professionals capable of leading complex organisations, making strategic decisions and managing performance in an environment that is constantly evolving.

Programme objectives
The Master in Management and Strategy (MS) at ESMOSS is a state-recognised qualification at Level 7 that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Learn to analyse the macro- and micro-economic environment, identify trends, and anticipate challenges
Master strategic planning tools and ensure their operational implementation across the organisation
Understand the ethical, CSR and governance challenges required to ensure sustainable and responsible growth
Understand company valuation mechanisms, financial structuring, and risk management in order to inform strategic decision-making
Develop leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams, manage conflicts, and support organisations through phases of digital and organisational transformation
Integrate innovation and talent and skills management as drivers of performance and competitive advantage
Master management control tools, budget planning and performance evaluation in order to optimise resource allocation and operational efficiency
Define the organisation’s positioning within its markets and adapt its offering to customer needs in order to ensure profitable growth
FURTHER STUDIES
This Master’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment.
This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
Prerequisites & Duration of Studies
Prerequisites
ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master in Management and Strategy at ESMOSS is open to holders of a Bachelor’s degree / Licence or any other Level 6 qualification and, for entry into the second year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master 1 or have obtained a waiver from the certifying body.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 2 years for students holding a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, and 1 year for students who have completed the first year of a Master’s programme.
- Work-study programme available.
Teaching Methods and Assessment
Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Programme Summary Documents: Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video resources, and any exercises to be completed during the programme
Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Funding
- The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.
