The Bachelor in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) at ESMOSS is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 6. Over three years, it trains professionals capable of implementing, managing and improving management systems in these three key areas within organisations.
This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of QHSE managers who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.
The ESMOSS Bachelor in QHSE enables you to become highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies in a Bac+4/5 cycle. Courses, conferences, masterclasses and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

Programme objectives
The Bachelor in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) at ESMOSS is a state-recognised qualification at Level 6 that aims to achieve the following objectives:
Acquire in-depth knowledge of current standards and certifications (ISO 9001 for Quality, ISO 14001 for Environment, ISO 45001 for Occupational Health and Safety, etc.)
Master key quality management tools (5M, Pareto and Gantt diagrams, brainstorming, simple and weighted voting, PDCA, 5S)
Implement an HACCP system
Master the principles of quality management
Identify non-conformities and propose corrective and preventive actions
Define and implement relevant monitoring indicators
Design, implement and continuously improve integrated QHSE management systems adapted to the specific needs of the organisation
FURTHER STUDIES
This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.
This programme does not offer any equivalences or transfer pathways
Students entering the first year of the Master’s programme are required to validate all skills blocks
Prerequisites & Duration of Studies

ENTRY LEVEL(S)
Baccalaureate and Bac+2
Prerequisites: The Bachelor in Quality, Health, Safety and Environment at ESMOSS is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.
Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
Teaching Methods and Assessment
Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2026 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2026.
- Applications for the deferred January 2027 intake remain open until 18 December 2026.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Funding
- The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.
